    Giuseppe is a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience spanning across Germany, Switzerland, London, and now Texas. He co-owned a successful casual restaurant chain in London before relocating to Texas to explore new opportunities. Giuseppe's academic achievements include graduating with honors in International Business, reflecting his dedication and expertise in the field.

    As our Brand Identity Designer, Hanna specializes in cultivating distinct and successful brand identities through keen and impactful designs. She specializes in utilizing her skillset to assist clients with their brand strategies and goals. Her capabilities span from print and product design to digital marketing, social content design, and brand messaging.

    Jack’s hospitality career, spanning 20 years, has taken him from Austin to Las Vegas, Miami to Shanghai and Dubai. Adept in concept development, brand strategy and team building, Zimmermann has established himself as an industry leader and has overseen the inception and development of more than a dozen innovative restaurant and nightlife projects around the world.

    Jon honed his skills as an Executive Chef and Culinary Director in some of the top restaurants in New York City and Chicago. With a balanced approach to creativity and systems-oriented leadership, Jon has a unique approach to deliver results. An expert strategist, Jon now oversees restaurant development for Nova Hospitality.

Her visual promotion reflects our culture, community and deliciousness of our restaurants and clients.

    Natasha is a highly experienced events professional with more than 18 years of international expertise, having successfully organized unforgettable events in cities like New York, the UAE, Oman, Jordan, Georgia, and Austin. Recognized for her meticulous attention to detail and vibrant energy, she adeptly leads to create impactful corporate and social events. Natasha is skilled at fostering trust and forming strategic partnerships with clients through her outstanding interpersonal abilities.

  • Patrick Gartner • Beverage Director

    Patrick Gartner started his bartending career in San Francisco but moved to the East Coast to broaden his skillset. While in New York he earned his stripes leading some beloved cocktail bars in Manhattan and New York. For the past three years he has consulted on bar & restaurant openings in Brooklyn, New Orleans, Austin, Charlotte, Salt Lake City, and Baltimore.
